Overview
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Intimate or sanitary items (lingerie, sex toys, personal care items)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting our support team.
Partial refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
- Opened items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us first at info@lavaliserose.com or +352 661 727 920, and our team will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
